Final inspection should compare the finished garment against the approved sample and order specification. Common points include garment appearance, measurements, filling balance, quilting alignment, zipper operation and pocket construction.
Before packing, check that labels, logo placement, size stickers, assortment ratios and carton marks are aligned with the buyer's instructions.
When third-party inspection is required, agree the inspection timing and buyer requirements before goods are packed for shipment.
