An inquiry starts a project discussion. A quotation, timing and MOQ are confirmed only after we understand the actual style and order requirements.
1. We receive your brief
Use the contact form to provide a product style or reference, quantity, destination market and requested customization. You can also include materials, insulation, sizes, logo, labels, packaging, testing and delivery requirements.
2. We review the requirements
Our team checks whether the style information is sufficient for a useful next step. If key details are missing, we may ask for a tech pack, measurement chart, reference photo, target price direction or clarification of the intended market.
3. We discuss a quotation and sample route
MOQ, sample charges, timing and pricing depend on the style, fabric, filling, trims, branding, order mix, packing and destination. We discuss the workable route rather than relying on a generic price or delivery promise.
4. Approval before bulk production
After the sample and commercial terms are confirmed, bulk production planning can proceed. Buyer approvals and changes should be documented so production, inspection and packing requirements remain aligned.
5. Follow-up and records
